About Molly Mae
Molly Mae is a singer/songwriter, born and raised in Woburn, MA. From a young age, Molly was drawn to all things creative, but found her true calling in writing and performing her original music. At 13 years old, Molly bought her first guitar and began her musical journey. With a diverse background of country, soul, singer-songwriter and rock styles, Molly began to find her own sound somewhere in between, inspired by artists such as Brandi Carlile, Chris Stapleton, and more. During her time at Berklee College of Music majoring in Music Therapy, Molly joined together with her band Sold Under Sin and really came into her own with the help of her band mates, Mike Groove, Mark Sciascia, and Keith Drab. Over the past few years, Molly has opened for acts such as Ghost of Paul Revere, and has played all over New England both solo and with her band. Molly has been on American Idol on both season 1 and 3 on ABC, but continues her musical journey offscreen on her new video EP, PB&J sessions, produced by Jay Psaros and filmed by Kayte Darling.
